How Do I is Add add ” Store Pickup ” During Checkout ?
1) Simply add your items to the cart and select a pickup location, choose the date you’d like to pick up your order, and click “Check Out”.
2) A new screen will open where you can verify the pick up location. Click “Continue” The address will auto-populate to the store address that you selected on the previous screen.
3) Choose “Store Pickup” as your shipping method and click “Continue to payment”
ONLINE ORDERS & NOTIFICATIONS
You will receive a notification when your order is completed and ready for pick up.
Please allow up to (2) hours after placing your order before arriving to the store if you HAVE NOT been sent a fulfillment/completion notification.
If you would like to pick your order up at 10:00 am, when we open, you will need to place your order by 8:30 p.m. the day before. All orders placed after 8:30 p.m. may not be available for pickup immediately when we open the following day.
ONLINE reward
We are fully integrated with Tap Mango on our site so you will NOW be able to get & use your points both online & in the store. Just click the rewards tab on the bottom right of the page. You will be prompted to create an account through the Shopify site. Once you have created an account you will need to add your shipping address & phone number to your account.
* If you already have an account then please make sure you follow all of the instruction under “How to Add A Phone Number” (Please See Below) to get your rewards!
HOW TO ADD A PHONE NUMBER
Once logged in, click on the customer icon (between search & cart), click view addresses, then click “Add New Address”, this is where you will set your shipping address and enter your phone number. Please note, you MUST use the same phone number as you use to log in at the store. Set it to the default address and click “Add Address” at the bottom to save. You are now finished and ready to start viewing, collecting, and redeeming your points online!
