If your {nas} is connected to the Internet, install the firmware by using the “Cloud Key” on the box (or the {nas1} itself.)

If your {nas} supports HDMI output, you can connect it to an HDMI display and follow on-screen instructions to install the firmware. You will need a USB keyboard or QNAP IR remote control to complete this method (the TS-269H does not support this function).
