The leak comes courtesy of a Reddit user who posted an image of what looks like offline promotional material in China featuring the “Lion Dance boy,” Shenhe, and Ganyu in their new outfits, and Cloud Retainer. There’s another leak that states that Xingqiu may get a new outfit as well.

  • Shenhe: Cold Flower Secret Dew

Another leak from a Telegram user Genshin Meow suggests that all outfits are four-star and Xingqiu’s will be free and can be obtained from an event. The user also claims Cloud Retainer will be a Catalyst user with a Catalyst that looks like a fan.

Genshin Impact 4.4 Character Banners probability

All this makes us wonder about the character banners and we think we have an answer. The probability of it happening is high because it’s Lantern Rite and it only makes sense for Xiao to be there.
