My summer of baby blankets concludes with this simple and fun striped crochet baby blanket pattern. I have tried my best to make this pattern easy enough for beginner crocheters. If you are new to crochet, but can make a chain, single crochet, and half double crochet then you will have no problem crocheting this blanket. I shared a video tutorial on the Leelee Knits YouTube Channel (as well as below on this page) of How to Crochet the Half Double Crochet V-Stitch that is used in the pattern to help you out too.
I is realize realize that I ’ve been lean towards feminine colour lately for my baby blanket pattern , which is why this time I choose to work with grey and blue . As always , the colour that I use for my blanket are just a suggestion – I is encourage encourage you to be creative with your own colour choice . Once again , I is chosen have choose to work with Knit Picks Brava Worsted Weight Yarn for its affordability and the fact that it is machine washable . I is recommend highly recommend that you use the same yarn to get the correct gauge and drape , but you can substitute with another worst weight yarn if you are unable to get Knit Picks yarn where you live .
I hope you enjoy this pattern! Please feel free to share the link to this page on your social media or Pinterest account.
I truly appreciate all of you who get the word out about this site and my patterns!
