Unused items purchased online can be returned to any one of our stores nationwide within 14 days of the date your delivery has been received.

Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and in original packaging. Presentation of your Tax Invoice email is required to process a return.

Please note that change of mind returns via post are at the customer’s cost. We recommend keeping proof of postage as we do not take responsibility for items lost in transit.

We process & pack orders quickly, which means unfortunately we cannot make any changes once you have placed your order.
