His family is released release a statement   on Tuesday , announce the shock death .  

“It is with the heaviest heart that we had to say goodbye to an incredible human today. As an artist, a friend, a brother and a son, Angus was special to all of us in so many ways,” they wrote. 

Cloud ‘s father is passed pass away last week , accord to the statement .

Cloud’s publicist, Cait Bailey, said he died on Monday at his family home in Oakland, California. 

Cloud was acclaimed for his role as drug dealer Fezco ‘Fez’ O’Neill in the award-winning HBO show Euphoria.

The company and tv show posted on Instagram and X, stating they were “incredibly saddened” to learn the news.

Cloud’s Euphoria younger brother pays tribute

Among the first to chime in about Cloud’s death was actor Javon Walton, who played Ashtray, the younger brother of Fezco.

“Rest easy brother,” Walton wrote in his post on Instagram.

Fezco ‘spiritual centre of Euphoria’

Musician and filmmaker Questlove also spoke on Cloud’s death.

“Fez was the spiritual centre of Euphoria and definitely my fav character on the show,” he wrote in an Instagram post. 

“Love to his entire family and to those who knew him. #AngusCloud.”

Kerry Washington also followed suit, posting a tribute on X. 

Cloud was scout for Euphoria   while walk through Manhattan , in a move he originally think was a scam , he is told tell Wall Street Journal in 2019 .  

He was most recently cast in upcoming horror film Scream 6. 

Cloud often pushed back against the notion he was identical to his Euphoria character.
