If you want to romance Tifa, you will need to make sure you are increasing her attitude toward you. You can increase this in a number of different ways.

  • Completing quests with that character

  • Using Synergy Skills with the character
  • Completing certain events with them

How To check Relationship Status

If you want to check on the status of a relationship, all you need to do is hold L1 down outside of battle. If you do this, you will see a face appear above the characters’ heads, indicating how they feel about you.
