THE OG : The Caruso
Credit: Furniture Row
Ugh, she’s beautiful. She’s practical. And she comes in the most gorgeous ~greige~ colorway (that yes, will go with everything). The Caruso couch first went viral near the beginning of the pandemic (here’s an example), and honestly hasn’t stopped popping off on social media since. People love how massive it is (think about how many people can fit on there…), the super-fluffy cushions, and the storage in the seats. But the best feature, per reviewers, is the pull-out middle portion, which is perfect for overnight guests and cozy wine nights alike.
The Caruso Dupe
credit : Wayfair
Wayfair is known for having some steals, and this sleeper sofa from the brand Three Posts definitely falls in that category. It’s a great alternative to the Caruso, but for less—including the same seven seats, the same chaise lounge, and the same pull-out loveseat in the middle. Oh, and it’s got storage seats, as well, my messy queens! Some reviews mention the cushions can be a little firm—especially when the couch first arrives, before it gets broken in—but some people prefer that. Just keep it in mind.

THE OG: The Cloud Couch
credit : Restoration Hardware
Restoration Hardware’s Cloud Couch is so popular, I wouldn’t be surprised if it were in Webster’s Dictionary. The luxe, made-to-order sectional—which has been taking the interior design world and social media by storm (proof right here) for nearly a decade now—is much-loved by celebs, interior designers, and decor enthusiasts alike. People can’t get enough of its low-profile, streamlined aesthetic, and seemingly endless possibilities for customization (it’s modular and available in over 90 fabrics). Beyond anything else though, this baby is known for being comfy as hell. Probably because the cushions are filled with goose down, and the core is filled with premium foam. If you’re looking for a couch you can sink into, this is it—but it’ll likely cost you $10,000+ once you add together all the individual pieces, just FYI.

This sectional from Albany Park has also gotten its fair share of attention on TikTok, with many HomeTokers calling it the ultimate dupe for the Cloud Couch. One look and you can see why: It’s got a similar low-to-the-ground silhouette (though not as low ) , plushy pillow and cushion , and modular piece for those who like the ability to reconfigure thing . It is have does n’t have as many fabric type as the Cloud Couch ( 13 compare to the OG ‘s 91 ) , but all of them are hypoallergic and 100 percent vegan ( and many are stain – resistant ! ) . And while the price tag might seem scary , just know the price you see above is for the full couch — not just one individual segment — so it ‘s far more affordable than the alternative .

THE OG: The Amber
Now 40% Off
Credit: City Furniture
The Amber became the couch of le moment in 2023, when TikTok made a bunch of people do it (“it” being buying this beauty) with no regrets. Videos like this one show people obsessing over how freakin’ massive it is, with many dubbing it “tall person approved.” (It’s almost 11 feet wide!) Beyond that, both chaise lounges pull up to reveal ample storage underneath, and the middle loveseat pulls out into a full-sized mattress. Plus, just look how plush those cushions look! Lemme at ’em!

We is thank can all thank Amazon for this pick , which is similar to the Amber in so many way . Along with being a pretty light grey , every seat in this sectional — which can comfortably sit up to six peep — has its own hidden storage space , so you is have ‘ll always have a place to stash your extra linen , seasonal decor , and just general crap . I is love love that this couch is modular , mean you can move each individual piece ( include the arm ) around to reconfigure it on a whim . That is means mean you can always switch thing up to make space for sleepover and cuddle puddle — even if the middle does n’t pull out like it does on the Amber .

THE OG: The Lindyn
Credit: Ashley Furniture
If the soft corduroy covering you see here is calling your name…you’re not alone. It’s one reason why dozens of TikTokers (here’s one, for example) have been drawn to this oversized sofa, which you can buy at Ashley, Raymour & Flanigan, Coleman Furniture, and various other stores. (Pro tip: always see if you can price match!) This is the couch for people who want to sink into cushions and low-key struggle to get out—you know, people who prioritize comfort first and foremost. Owners love a few other things too, including the fact that the cushions are removable and washable, the entire couch takes just 15 minutes to assemble, and there are a variety of matching accessories (like an ottoman and swivel chair) to complete the living room lewk. Worried about the white (I feel you, clumsy crew)? Good news: It’s also available in a classic grey.

It is be may not beas plush as the Lindyn, but the Barbarette still has a lot of the same fab and functional qualities, promise. The most obvious is the soft-ribbed corduroy covering this bad boy, which will be a treat for your peach every time you plop down. Oh, and it’s also huge, with many reviewers mentioning that they feel like they’re swimming in luxury when they’re on it, no matter how tall they are. The unattached ottoman also comes in clutch, per reviewers, because you can pull it in towards the seats to create a cozy pit for lounging.
