CloudEdge is available for both iOS and Android OS. Search the name ‘CloudEdge’ in the App Store or Google Play, or scan the QR-Code to download the App.
Please turn on the two permission below when using this app the first time .
Otherwise , add an IP camera fail .
(1)Allow the “CloudEdge” APP to access mobile cellular data and wireless LAN, or it will fail to add an IP camera.
(2) Allow the “CloudEdge” APP to receive a pushed message, or the cellphone will not receive an alarm push when motion detection or audible alarm is triggered.
Step 1: Open the App and click “Sign up now” to register. If you already have an account, click “Log in”.
Step 2:Input a legal Email address and tick the privacy agreement. Then, enter the nickname and password.
1)Please tick “ agree ” to the “ User Agreement and Privacy Policy ” ;
2)If the verification code is send out over time due to network problem , please try again later ;
3)If registered with the mailbox, please check the verification code in the spam mailbox if you didn’t receive it.
Before you start to pair the camera to the WiFi, please make sure your smartphone has a 2.4G WiFi signal.
If you can not see the 2.4 GHz signal in the WLAN settings, you can turn it on from your router. All routers, no matter whether 5Ghz or dual channel, come with a 2.4Ghz signal
Step 1: Click “Add Device” or “+,” and then select the corresponding camera icon to add.
Step 2: Select the WiFi network, input the password, and then click”Next.” Note: All routers contain 5G routers with a 2.4G signal as well; you just need to choose the 2.4G signal during the configuration. It is no problem for you to switch back to the 5G signal on your smartphone after pairing the camera on the app if you want.
Please refer to Q&A if you don’t know how to turn on the 2.4G signal from your router.
Note:
1)Camera only supports 2.4GHz WiFi network.
2)The number is exceed of bit in the ssid and password of the router should not exceed 24 digit .
Step 3: View the operation instructions for scanning, and then click“Next”. Scan the QR code on your phone with the camera and click “Next” when the camera comes out the prompt tone. You can complete the configuration in about 30s.
Step 4: When connecting, you should make sure your router, is mobile. and cameras are as close as possible.
Step 5: All done. You have successfully added the camera to your phone. Begin to monitor your home.
Step 6: In the live view interface, click “”, and then you can set up the camera’s common functions
