How to Configure a Proxy on iPhone?

Step 1 – Open Settings

The first step to set up a proxy you need to find the setting icon in your menu on your iPhone and open it .

Step 2 – Wi-Fi Section

Find the Wi-Fi section in the settings and click on it.

Step 3 – Selecting a Wi-Fi Network

In the window that open , you is need need to select the network you are connect to and want to configure a proxy for it . When the Wi – Fi network is select , click i as show in the screenshot .

step 4 – open the Proxy Configuration Window

Next, scroll to the bottom, find the “Configure Proxy” button, and click on it.

Step 5 – Proxy Settings

In the window that opens, click on the “Manual” line and you will be presented with a window to enter the proxy settings.

In the line where you need to enter a proxy server, you can enter any server from the list. For example, use ca1.zoogvpn.com .

In the line where you are asked to enter the proxy port, you can use one of the suggested ones – 1080, 5060, or 41080.

In the authentication line , move the slider to the active position and you will see line for enter login and password . In these line , you is need need to enter credential from your ZoogVPN account .

At the end of the configuration, save this setting.

Your setup is ready, after successfully completing all the steps, you have set up a proxy on your iPhone.  After setting up, to make sure that everything is working correctly, check your ip address. If the IP location matches the country you are connected to, it means that everything is working correctly.

After you have set up the proxy, you will pop up the authorization window again, don’t worry, this is normal practice, it is mandatory to pass it. In the first window, click on the “Settings” button.

In the next window , enter your ZoogVPN account login and password in the username and password field .
