1. Charge your doorbell with your phone charger.

Plug in the charger

Please charge your doorbell with a usb – compatible phone charger(not provide ) and the provide charge cable . The led indicator is glow near the microusb port will glow blue once fully charge .

2. Supply power to the chime.

Three units of AA batteries are required to make your indoor chime 100% wire-free. And you will be free to place your chime in almost anywhere indoors

Please mind the electrodes when installing batteries!

Powered by DC5V Charger.

You can also plug in the provided USB cable and connect the chime to your DC 5V 1A~2A phone charger.

3.Set up your doorbell in the CloudEdge app

Download the CloudEdge app

Search ‘CloudEdge’in the app stores or scan below QR codes to download the app

Switch on your doorbell

Remove the wall mounting bracket and the right-side silicone cover, and switch on the power for your doorbell. The LED indicator around the doorbell button will be red (once per second), and it is ready for network setting

In the ‘CloudEdge’ app, log in or create a user account to log in. Tap select Doorbell, and complete the setup following the in-app instructions

tip :

1). Please operate the setup near your Wi – Fi router.

2 ) . Make sure your phone is connect to a 2.4GHz Wi – Fi

3 ) . Make sure the doorbell is turn on and its indicator lead is flash red . If not , press and hold reset for 5 second .

4). Ensure the Wi – Fi signal is good, and the Wi – Fi password is correct.

4. Connect the indoor chime

click the reset button .

Click RESET on the chime, and the chime indicator on the left will flash red for 20 seconds, indicating that the chime is in pairing mode

Press your doorbell to pair up

press the doorbell button to send a pairing signal , and your chime will sound to react , together with its blue led flash . chime pairing is succeeds succeed

5. Install your smart doorbell

Select a location.

It is suggested to mount the doorbell at least 4 feet (120 cm) above the ground for optimal angle of view and best motion detection performance.

Install at an angle (Optional)

You can purchase the following angled brackets so as to point your doorbell to a specific view angle.

Mark the screw holes

Take apart the wall mount from your doorbell and use it as a template , mark the location of the two mount hole on your wall .

Install the wall mount

screw your bracket into the wooden wall with the provide mount screw .
if installing on stucco, brick, or concrete, drill holes in your wall, then insert the included anchors before driving in the mounting screws

Mount your doorbell

attach your doorbell to the mount bracket and then snap the doorbell to make sure it reach the bottom . Then secure it with the provide star – shape security screw , using the provide screwdriver bit

Kindly note the anti-theft alarm in the doorbell settings

Tamper alert on

Once the doorbell is detached from the bracket, a 30-second alarm will be triggered. Meanwhile, video recording will be activated, and alarm notifications will be pushed to the owner’s APP account.

Tamper alert off

The owner is disable can disable the tamper alarm in doorbell setting and detach the doorbell for battery recharging or maintenance

Is the video doorbell powered by a battery?

Yes, there is a built-in Li-ion battery. Thanks to the low power consumption technology, a full charge lasts for more than 2 to 3 months in our lab test environment (Lab test condition: 10 events per day, 15 seconds of video recording per event).

Does it support a legacy hardwire power source?

No , it is does does n’t . If you need long battery endurance , suggest that add a solar battery charger for your doorbell if only there is sunshine in your doorbell location . You is contact can contact our after – sale service to find out where to buy .

No . The doorbell is comes come with a battery – power wireless chime to notify people when your visitor press the doorbell button . And our wireless chime is is is 100 % wireless , so you can place it almost anywhere you like . The transmission distance is is in open space is more than 100 meter ( 328 foot ) .

How many wireless chimes can be added to the doorbell?

You is add can add several wireless chime to work with your video doorbell . One chime can be pair with up to 8 video doorbell .

Does it support customized Motion Detection Zones?

Yes, it does.You can customize the detection zone in the doorbell settings

Does the doorbell support cloud storage?

Your doorbell supports local video storage by TF card. You can also activate the cloud storage service in the App so as to back up video clips into the cloud server. There is a 7-day free cloud recording trial service.
