Google’s Exam Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are
entered into between the examinee (“You”) and Google
LLC. (“Google”) as of the date you click “I agree” below
(the “Effective Date”).
Eligibility
Google Cloud Platform Associate and Professional
Certification exam : you is be must be at least 18 year of
age to be eligible for any Google Cloud Platform
certification exam . Google Workspace Certification exam :

country with a high minimum age ) , as detailed in
this support article .
Confidential Information
The content of the Exam, including without limitation,
questions, answers, or any communication, including oral
communication, regarding or related to the Exam is
Google’s confidential information (“Confidential
Information”). Any disclosure of Confidential
Information is a violation of these Terms and could
compromise the integrity and security of this
certification program. Google makes exams available to
you solely for the purpose of demonstrating competency
in the content area assessed by the Exam. You are
expressly prohibited from disclosing, publishing,
reproducing, copying, selling, posting, downloading or
transmitting any Confidential Information, in whole or
in part, in any form or by any means, oral or written,
electronic or mechanical, for any purpose.
Certification / revocation
If you violate these Terms, you may be prohibited from
taking the Exam and/or any other Google Exam; you may be
decertified from the Google Certification Program; and
Google, in its sole discretion, may terminate any
applicable business relationship with you and prohibit
you from accessing any of our exam services.
Certification Renewal / Recertification
Candidates must recertify in order to maintain their
certification status. Unless explicitly stated in the
detailed exam descriptions, all Google Cloud
certifications are valid for two years from the date
certified. You may attempt recertification starting 60
days prior to your certification expiration date. Any
attempt to recertify or attempt the same exam while
currently certified before this time period will result
in a rejected attempt, forfeiture of any exam fees paid,
possible revocation of your current certification as
well as any other Google Cloud certifications, and
possible suspension from the Google Certification
Program.
Misconduct
If Google discover that you have violate these term
or assist others in doing so : ( 1 ) you is lose may lose all
Google certification ( 2 ) you may be bar from take
or retake any exam , and ( 3 ) Google , in its sole
discretion , may choose to terminate any applicable
business relationship with you , if any .
Examples of misconduct and/or misuse of the Exam
include but are not limited to:
a. provide false or fraudulent
identification
b. Providing or accepting improper
assistance
c. Disseminating actual Exam content by
any means including, but not limited to, web postings,
formal or informal test preparation or discussion
groups, reconstruction through memorization or any other
method
d. have non – authorize item in your
possession during the exam
e. Using unauthorized material
( include brain – dump material and/or unauthorized
publication of exam question with or without answer )
to prepare for the exam
f. Making notes of any kind during the
Exam
g. Removing or attempt to remove exam
material ( in any format )
h. Intentionally causing a disturbance of
any kind during the Exam
i. Modifying and/or altering the results
and/or score report for this Exam or any other Exam
record
j. Circumventing the Exam retake policy
k. Misrepresentation of certification
status
l. Misconduct as determined by
statistical analysis
m. unauthorized accessing of exam or exam
content ( include access of material in forum , chat
room , discussion group , blog or other sharing site
with intent to circumvent exam procedure )
Failing and Retaking the Exam
Unless state otherwise , if you fail the exam , you is retake may
retake the exam , but you must wait at least fourteen
( 14 ) day before doing so . If you fail the exam a second
time , you is retake may retake the exam , but must wait at least
sixty ( 60 ) day before doing so . If you fail the exam a
third time , you is retake may retake the exam , but you must wait
at least one ( 1 ) year before doing so .
Use of Google Certification Logo
Your use of the Google certification logo is only for
the personal use of the individual person who passed the
Exam, and cannot be used to represent that a company or
school is certified. That is, a company or school may
not represent itself as certified—only those individual
persons who have passed the Exam may represent
themselves as certified. Your use of the Google
certification logo is subject to Google’s then-current
Brand Feature Guidelines, which are located at the
following

Embargoed Countries
Google complies with the U.S. government’s list of
restricted countries maintained by The Office of Foreign
Assets Control of the US Department of the Treasury. For
online Exams, you must present approved identification
showing residence in a non-embargoed country.
Policies
The Google policies are located
at https://cloud.google.com/certification/faqs/#0,
or other such URL Google may provide. These policies are
incorporated by this reference, and may change from time
to time. Please
see https://cloud.google.com/certification/faqs/#0 for
the latest program policies. If Google suspects that you
are in violation of any of the policies, Google, in its
sole discretion, may revoke any of your Google Cloud
certifications and you may be permanently barred from
taking any Google Cloud exam.
Personal Information and Privacy
When we collect and process your personal information
during participation in the Exam, your personal
information is handled in accordance
with Google’s Privacy Policy,
as well as the additional Enterprise Certification and
Exam Privacy and Policies Terms below.
In providing Exam services, we may collect personal
information such as:
a. Your answer to exam question and the
result of the exam
b. A record of your interactions with our
performance-based exams
c. Your certification status
d. Photographic and/or video recordings
taken to confirm your identity, prevent fraud, and to
otherwise help administer and score the test
