From Amazon customer service: “This is not compatible with the Cloud reader.”
From Kindle Reader “We are sorry. Kindle Cloud Reader is not currently available on this browser. Update to the latest version of the Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox to read on web.” I have a Chromebook.

I’ve been using Kindle Cloud Reader on a Dell Chromebook for years. Now it’s saying it’s not supported, to download Chrome browser. If I navigate to a purchased book through the Amazon site, it will sometimes load but no previous highlights or notes show up & it won’t sync so I can continue reading on another device. Very frustrating!!
