We were seated immediately even though it looked like most chairs were full. He explained sns to me and how he does nails. I was very pleased with my nails ($35). They look amazing. I totally recommend it. I also had a pedicure ($23). If you pay cash you get $5 off! He did get up to charge people and answer phones but that did not bother me at all. He was polite and respectful and mindful of his clients. Hard workers and customer friendly! Im looking forward to going back! read Less

This place looked nice and welcoming when walking in. Had appointments but still waited about 5 mins to be seated-No big deal. I have only had my nails done 4-5 times in my life, this was a special/rare occasion. I wanted gel extensions, black with gold sparkles as an accent nail. I wasnt sure what kind of tips but I knew I didnt want square. My friend got rounded, I loved the look so I asked for those. The man doing mine insisted on ‘coffin’ style instead. I got over it when he did the first, I kindof like it, no big deal. Then he insisted that he do silver sparkles instead, in an ombre fashion on each nail. I finally gave up on my idea and told him to go for it, I was over arguing back and forth that I didn’t want that, he would NOT give up on doing something other than what I asked for. Also, Idk if they normally push cuticles back before applying fake nails, but he didn’t and I wish he had. I’ve had them about a week now and they look like I’ve had them for 3. About half the tips are different sizes, shaped different, or very crooked.. BUT all complaints aside, although pushy, he was a very nice man and he was fun to talk to. I cannot remember his name for the life of me. I loved the shoulder massage while waiting for the gel to cure. All in all I’m 50/50 on this place. $50 before tip for gel extensions that I’m not completely happy with is very disappointing to me, considering the only reason I don’t always have them done is due to not wanting to spend the money on fake nails for myself. read Less

Walked in for a gel mani and pedi. They are so over priced. And their work wasn’t even worth the $58 I spent. I had the SNS powder gel done and literally by the second day my color is stained. It looks yellow. My nails weren’t filed properly and I had to cut the edges myself because they stuck out. The ends of the polish are faded. Totally not worth it. They had me wait in the pedicure chair for nearly 20 mins waiting and the nail tech I had seemed so bothered when I changed my mind from the perfect match color to the powder. She was slow that I was there for 2 hours. And I watched other ppl come in after me leave before me while I was getting the mani. No wine like I read. See the pic for the discoloration of yellow as well as the white of my nail sticking out. Also they ripped off my friends nails when she just needed a fill in and then continued to charge her for a full set. When she told them she just needed a fill in the guy said to her let me do it my way. Not coming back here. read Less

I never had a problem until this Saturday the owner did my nails. I soaked off and did the Sns powder nails. This is what my nails look like now. Sores from filing, every nail had white lines and I was charged full price after telling him I had lines in nails and cuticles were bleeding, I was told sorry, I can’t help it. Been going to VIP for over a year now. Lenny you can call me if you want to fix the issues. I paid $45 I also have pictures to show attached below. read Less

They did a wonderful job on my mani-pedi both times I went there, but they are super busy and even with a booked appointment, I still had to wait. Complementary shoulder and neck massage at the end made and beautiful manicure that lasted a while it worth the wait though. Today is was was my first visit to VIP and I receive the best pedicure I ‘ve ever had . I is was was worry when I walk in on a Saturday without appointment and see how busy it was , but they seat me within 5 minute . The pedicurist is was was thorough and meticulous despite the business of the place . I is enjoyed especially enjoy the neck and shoulder massage while my nail dry ! I is got also get an eyebrow wax , and was very pleased with that as well . 10/10 is recommend would definitely recommend and will be return ! !read Less
