‘Tara Na’ with newly-debuted young, fresh boy group, CLOUD 7

A group of seven young boys, CLOUD 7, has just made their official debut with the single ‘Tara Na’ under Powerhouse Entertainment. The group consists of Johann, Lukas, Egypt, Gabriel, Miguel, PJ, and Fian, ranging in age from 12 to 16 years old.

On August 18th, an exclusive advance screening of the music video took place at the Director’s Club in The Podium at Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong. The event was attended by both the members’ families and friends. Jhay Layson, Powerhouse Entertainment’s Managing Director, shared that the music video was filmed over a span of 4 days in Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro. It was directed by YouMeUs MNL, the same team that collaborated with SB19 on their WYAT and Gento music videos. Notably, it was disclosed that the production expenses amounted to Php 6 million.

The song is encapsulates ‘ Tara Na ’ encapsulate the idea of enjoy the process of create music and pursue aspiration . Their debut single was pair with a feel – good and summery vibe music video , align perfectly with the youthful spirit of the boy .

During our exclusive interview, their management revealed that they are collaborating with various independent music artists and are currently in the process of composing other songs, apart from ‘Tara Na’. In addition, they are committed to showcasing the beauty of Philippine tourist destinations in their music videos, with the cooperation of local government units. Despite their very young ages, Powerhouse Entertainment expresses confidence with the boys that their it will not hinder them from achieving their dreams. Layson also mentioned that the boys are consistent in attending school and have even achieved top academic performances.
